Insulin is a hormone in the release by the pancreas, which serves to maintain blood sugar levels to remain normal. In addition, insulin plays enter and store the sugar as energy reserves in the blood cells. Ineffectiveness of insulin resulted in blood sugar levels to rise causing complications that cause damage to blood vessels, nerves and other internal structures. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of diabetic foot gymnastics in an attempt to boost circulation in patients with diabetes mellitus. Research designs used are qualitative, the subject of doing research in the elderly 60 years with diabetes mellitus. Date collection techniques used are interviews, physical examination and observation. From the results of research in the know that exercise is very effective for diabetic foot blood circulation in patients with diabetes mellitus, especially the elderly tread.
