Ineffective airway clearance is a major problem that often arises in cases bronkopeneumonia. Infants with frequent problems of ineffectiveness bronkopeneumoni airway clearance. The management in this regard is the provision of chest physiotherapy. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of chest physiotherapy in increasing expenditure in infants with bronkopneumoni secret. The design study is a descriptive, study subjects conducted in infants ages 1 month to bronkopeneumonia. Data collection techniques used were interviews, diagnose, physical assessment, observation, documentation studies, and literature study. Analysis of the data used is pattern maching. From the survey results revealed that chest physiotherapy is effective in increasing spending on the client with bronkopeneumonia secretions kususnya in infants. Researchers hope this study can be used as teaching material in providing nursing care in overcoming inefficiencies in bronkopeneumoni airway clearance.
