  • Schizophrenia is a psychosis that is often found in clients with impaired sensory perception: hallucination, hallucination is a perception disorder in which the stimulus or stimuli from lingkingan real object does not exist. And TAK session 3: perform scheduled activities are tools appropriate therapy used to Stimulate hallucinations. This research uses descriptive method with approach to case study research, conducted in March 2011. The population of this study is one (1) patients with visual hallucinations in Room XXIII RSSA Psychiatry. Purposive sampling technique used sampling.The collection of data by doing anamnesa namely reviewing the status of the patient's identity to a physical examination, after analysis of data collected matching. The results showed that at Mr. P experienced recurrent visual hallucinations with the patient's condition is confused, pacing when hallucinations appeared and rage, isolation, and shame.And after the session TAK 3: perform patient schedule activities and also to practice it, hallucinations, Mr. P has been shown to be controlled by the patient's condition after practice schedule of activities in which patients do not daydream anymore, not aloof, was willing to interact with other patients, and no pacing and rampage again. Because the benefits of this TAK is the patient every day can have activities and interact, and no longer distant, aloof. Which may cause or lead to recurrence of hallucinations.
