- Impaired thought process is a situation where a person experiences a confusion in the operation and cognitive activity. World Health Organitation in 2001 claimed at least 1 of 4 people, or about 450 million people are mentally disturbed. General and Specific Objectives: Identify the effectiveness of the role of families in provoding Terapeutic Communication and Crisis Management. To give obedience Terapeutic Communication and Crisis Management in clients can use with the supervision of a comprehensive family of bothbio-psycho-socio-spirtual. Based on the results of the data obtained in the 23 Psychiatry writer RSSA Malang from january to May 2011 the number of clients who are Hospitalized with impaired thought processes (thoughts of inferiority) of 3 patients, and the remaining 36 patients suffering from delusions. In preparing this paper, the author uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. Conclusion: Researchers gave impetus to the client by providing oversight, guidance, and counseling.
