Good breast care and true has important part in increases asi product and can prevent mother from breast swelling danger and channel asi stoppage .This research aim is to detect about the effectiveness of breast care intervention can increasing breast feeding Mrs. I of Normal Post Partum in second day at Brawijaya Room (parturition) at RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen. This research is using descriptive method passes to approach case study that is with describe analysis of the effectiveness of breast care as intervention with nursing problem of not effectively of lactation (As a Breast Feeding). Subject that used in this research is Mrs. I of normal post partum with nursing problem of not effectively of lactation. Analysismethodsusedin this studyis to usecomparison chart, tocompareor analyzethe effectivenessbeforeand afternursing actions From research result in Mrs. I, after done breast care action on day 2 clients who has change the experiences, client a nipple little sticks out than before not stick out, the production breast feeding flow out a little. On day 3 of increasing breast feeding,nipple has stick out, increasing production in Breast Feeding , the baby can asleep/calm visible during 3-4 clock after breastfed, the baby can urinates more than 8 times, colour urinate is clear yellow, and the weight is increases.
