- Pleura effusion is a condition in which there is a buildup of fluid in the pleural transudates or exudates resulting from the balance between production and absorption in the capillaries and the visceral pleura. Pleura effusion is one of the disorders that disrups respitation system. Actions that can is conducted the pleural effusion is the installation of WSD. WSD installation aims to create pressure in the piston cavity becomes negative again. That way it will fix the inefficiencies in the client?s breathing pattern An. R Based on case studies conducted in the child?s hospital 7b Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, showed the existence and maintenance installation WSD ineffectiveness in An. R able to overcome some of it. Whwn the respiration rete measurements were taken on the first day of maintenance action results obtained 27x/minute, day two results obtained 25x/minute respiration rate, and the third day 26x/minute. These results indicate the effectiveness of treatment and cooperative of clients will be able to improve the effectiveness of the breathing pattern in An. R with pleura effusion.
