But in reality, cases of accidents still frequently occur in the company thus affecting productivity The purpose of this study was to determine the safety and health program of employment, to determine the effect of occupational safety and health programs on employee productivity, and safety and health among Which affects productivity. For the analysis tools used, the authors use the tools of Multiple Linear Regression analysis, F test and the test t. After conducting research and analyzing the results of the First is the condition of poor workplace safety, self Protective Equipment (PPD) bad. Second, the health condition based on the outcome is bad. Third, the productivity of employees, based on the quantity of work is based on a standard low company. Fourth, based on the results of statistical tests and empirical conditions of the company is known that the safety and health are factors that determine the productivity of employees. Referring to the analysis of research data in which safety and health is still poor, the authors recommend that management should improve the health and safety program and maintaining productivity in order to achieve organizational goals by implementing programs SMK3 periodically and continuously monitored in order to be able to maintain and even increase productivity that had been achieved.
