- Cooperative research purposes at Kartika Candra Pandaan Women is to investigate the provision of financial and non financial compensation, employees 'performance, the effect of giving compensation to the employees' performance, to seek financial compensation variable or non-financial compensation of the most affecting work performance. Variable measurement techniques using Likert scale with a sample of 42 employees. Analysis tools using scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done can be concluded that the compensation and job performance of employees included in the category of very high. Compensation at Kartika Chandra Pandaan Women Cooperatives provide a significant influence on employee job performance and financial compensation is more influential than non-financial compensation.
