- Purpose of this research to know work, salary, promotion opportunity, observation and jobfriend, job satisfaction of employee, to know important influence from work, salary, promotion opportunity, observation and jobfriend to job satisfaction of employee and know variable that is very influential to job satisfaction of employee at RiaDjenaka Coffee House & Resto Malang. Analyzer applied in this research that is using doubled scale spread analysis and linearregression. Based on result of research and solution doing hence can be taken conclusion that work, salary, promotion opportunity, observation and jobfriend included in good category. Job satisfaction of employee at RiaDjenaka Coffee House &Resto Malang included in high category.There is significant influence from work, salary, promotion opportunity, observation and jobfriend to job satisfaction of employee at RiaDjenaka Coffee House &Resto Malang. Job friend very influential to job satisfaction of employee at RiaDjenaka Coffee House &Resto Malang. Suggestion submitted in the research that is by specifying office hours pursuant to company and implements overtime hourif exceeding office hours specified. Also is expected the side of management coping to give support from to effort of the employees to work maximum in company.
