- The research was was survey research. Looked at from this case the research is causal. This research was conducted to PT. Pembangkit Jawa-Bali Unit Pembangkit Brantas Malang and the title is “The Influence of Organitation Culture to the Employer’s Performance in PT. Pembangkit Jawa-Bali Unit Pembangkit Brantas Malang”. The Objectives of this research was to know the description of organization culture with innovation and derivation risk (X1), detail shelter (X2), result orientation (X3), individual orientation (X4), team orientation (X5), agresifitas (X6), stability (X7) and performance in PT. Pembangkit Jawa-Bali Unit Pembangkit Brantas Malang. Analysis tool that used is extend scale and double linier regression. Gor analysis result is used Uji F and Uji t. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis proved that organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Java-Bali generation Generating Unit Brantas Malang this can be seen from the F test results obtained that organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Java-Bali generation Generating Unit Brantas Malang. T test calculations (partial) obtained t count variable attention to detail (X2) is a value larger than the other variables. So it can be seen that the most influential variable is the dominant variable attention to detail (X2) From the result of this research the best suggestion for this company is more support their employer to be brave for take risk in every case and try everything new and has innovation.
