The purpose of this study was to determine the employee training on the performance of the production, to determine the performance of the production employees, to determine the training have a significant effect on the performance of the production employees. Based on the analysis of the scale range for the training variable (X) indicates that the training provided to employees fall into this category although there are some things very poorly. Analytical results for the scale range of performance variables indicate that the performance of employees included in the category of the production is very high. The results of simple linear regression with independent variables, namely training (X) and the dependent variable is the performance (Y) obtained a form of regression equation Y = 0.827 + 0.437 X + e with a R2 value of 0.325. Based on the analysis of T test analysis for the influence of ability on performance tcount values obtained for 4.046> 2.021 for Table.
