- The purpose of this study were first, to determine the level of optimization that are born by PT. Selecta Stone. The research was conducted by studying and outlining the entire capital structure for the assets. So it can be known directly the level of optimization performed by the company. The study was conducted at PT. Selecta Stone is located at the village Tulungrejo, Beji subdistrict, Batu, in the year 2011 with the data in the form of financial statements that have been liquidated between 2006 and 2010. Step analysis done by l. Turnover of working capital in time. 2. Turnover of working capital elements within days. 3. Calculate the working capital turnover times. 4. Predicting future sales using the trend. 5. Determining the amount of working capital so that it can be seen when the MKO ≠ MKR by a margin of 2.5%, it can be concluded that the capital is not ideal and the real wickedness PT. Selecta Stone has not done optimizing working capital. From the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that PT. Selecta Stone has optimal working capital in 2011 of Rp. 1938850747, -. The difference between optimal working capital with the real working capital Rp. 108 036 592, - tolerance limits specified in the company's working capital management, namely 2.5%. While basil calculation optimal percentage of working capital in the amount of 5.572%. Based on a comparison percentage of working capital optimal results it can be seen that the company has not mnmpu to optimize working capital. Suggestions put forward in this research that for PT. Selecta Stone expected the company to optimize working capital to better managing their working capital elements owned. Real effort to do that is by managing the cash held is to increase the facilities offered to consumers.
