- The smoking custom has become culture in all short of nation at world split. Smoker majority in all the world this, 47% man population while 12% is woman population with various age category. Smoke can causes cancerous, heart attack, impotence, pregnancy disturbance and fetus. Not that, there important matter never be realized by the people that is actually smoke can damage the healthy tooth and mouth. And hash foreword study is got data that citizen from Lamongrejo consist of 9 village with total citizen 4743 people. And that taken sample from village Kambangan RT 04 RW 03 with total citizen 141 people, with estimated that 65% of citizen at village Lamongrejo Lamongan is smoker and many tooth and their mouth is that broken, color change for example that in tooth and mouth of smoker. The objective from this research is to detect about people knowledge level about consequence of disturbance smokes in healthy tooth and mouth. Research design that used is descriptive method. Population in this research is 35 respondents of men who smokes and sample taking by using total sampling. People knowledge level measured by using questioner and analyzed by using frequency distribution. This research location is at RT 04 RW 03 Villages Kambangan Village Lamongrejo District Ngimbang Lamongan. This result shows that people knowledge level in domain C1, C2 and C3 in category less is (42,9%). Conclusion from this research is people knowledge level about consequence of disturbance smokes in healthy tooth and mouth is necessary increased
