- Breast Care Breastfeeding (ASI) is the best and the perfect food for babies, because it contains nutrients needed for growth and development of infants (Ministry of Kes. RI. 2002). Besides composition suitable for infant growth and development, which vary with the needs of all times (Rulina S, and Hesti Kristina P, 2003) the problem that often occurs in infants who are not breastfed immediately after birth. This happens because of lack of good breast care at the mother during pregnancy or after childbirth so that the process of lactation to be disturbed so that exclusive breastfeeding for infants to be not optimal and have harmful effects for both the mother and the baby itself The purpose of this study was to determine Against Breast Care At The smooth milk post partum. Methods The study was descriptive analytic study with a sample of 12 egg post partum In the health center Kab. Sumbawa Alas, NTB. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then data processed by using Chi Square formula. The percentage of current value of breast milk out as much as 50% or 6 respondents with the criteria of 41% or 5 respondents perform breast care and 9% or 1 respondent do not care. The percentage value that breastfeeding is not smooth out as much as 50% or 6 respondents to the criteria of 9% or 1 respondent did breast care and 41% or 5 respondents did not perform breast care. Through analysis by Chi Square test was obtained that there is a relationship between breasts cares in the smooth milk post partum.
