- Servic Cancer is one the most frigtened diseases for women necently because this disease has been on the first rank as the cause of highest death for women in Indonesia. To get better medication is by finding this disease in the earlier stadium. A mother has to know and willing to do early detect test on servic cancer through pap smear test also IVA test. The aim of this researh is to learn the relationship between knowledge and mother's attitude in choosing early detect test on servic cancer in RT 15 RW 02 subdistric of Pandanwangi in distric of Blimbing. This researh uses Observational-Analitic study design, Cross-Sectional type. The sampel consits of 38 respondenth using total sampling. Measured variable is knowledge and mother's attitude choosing early detect test on servic cancer. The result is 24 women have good knowledge, while the other 14 has less knowledge. On mother's attitude is found that 13 respondenth have good attitude because they have already done this test, and 25 respondenth have less attitude because they almost never do this test. On the analysis decision that use chi square test it is found that there is no relationship between knowledge and mother's attitude in choosing early detect test in servic cancer in the RT.15 RW.02 in the Pandanwangi subdistrict Blimbing ditrict. Based on finding above, though there is no relationship, hoped there is still health education about early detect test on servic cancer regularly at the healt public service also at the other strategic place so this information can be accepted punctually. Since health education is important, hoped that the society wrong perception about pap smear test and IVA test can be changed, also can motivate them to support the goverment program about increasing the women health status by doing servic cancer detection test.
