- Aging process is natural processing ness accompanied existence degradation condition of physical, psychological and also interacting social one another. The situation tends to potency generates health problem in general and also mental health peculiarly at oldman This research aim to know relation between personality type of oldman with family approach pattern oldman and identify personality types oldman, family approach pattern to oldman and knows relation between personality type of oldman with family approach pattern oldman in Pekoren village. Research design applied is correlation research. Sample taken away from family is remaining with oldman in Pekoren Village it is fulfilling criterion inclution by way of purposive sampling. Big of sample 74 responders. Instrument applied for data collecting is questionaire. Data processing is using by correlation test nonparametric cramer with level of significantion ρ < 0,05. Result of data processing with correlation test nonparametric cramer yields there is no relation between personality type of oldman with family approach pattern oldman with value significantion 0,151 (ρ < 0,05) From result of research is expected to the families to give support to oldman and takes care warm situation of feeling in family that oldman feels remain to expected in family
