- Requirement of base human represent one of the important aspect which require being paid attention nurse. Requirement of physiology have highest priority in Maslow hierarchy. Generally someone owning some requirement which not yet fulfilled will be more first fulfill requirement of his physiology is compared to other requirement. Purpose of this research is to identify storey; level fulfilled physiological requirement of taken care of patient in Wava Husada Hospital. This research is descriptively character. Population in this research are client who taken care in IRNA Wava Husada Hospital. Samples in this research are 20 responder who adapted for [by] criterion of sample, sampling technique the used is purposive sampling. Data collected to through observation and questioners, then analyzed. From result of analysis got the following percentage: Requirement of Physiology (requirement of oxygen, electrolyte dilution, nutrition, elimination, sleep, hygiene personal) which have fulfilled counted 15 responders (75%) and which do not fulfilled counted 5 responders (25%). This matter is caused by patient, patient family and role of nurse which is very pay attention requirement of patient physiology. Therefore, research farm expected can maintain and also more is improving role of other medical energy and nurse to assist to fulfill requirement of base human (requirement of physiology) patient which have been taken care in Wava Husada Hospital, Kepanjen.
