Cadre's role in realize society health at village siaga is more importance. In realize society health all cadre can do by involve society in overcome various troubleshoot that faced by society considering with potential sources that available at society. Has big share in accelerates society health service process. But cadre existence is relative labile because has voluntary so that there is no guarantee that cadres permanent will run the function well such as those which supposed. If there family interesting or another matter so cadre task will be left. This research design is using descriptive research. Research population are all cadres at sub-district Tunggulwulung district Lowokwaru Malang as much as 32 people. Sample technique that used is total sampling. Data collecting in this research by using questionaire. Research result shows that cadre role in good category as much as 9 respondents (28,1%) and cadre role in enough category as much as 23 respondents (71,9%). Researcher recommend to all cadres in order to increase their role in raise society health status by method of cadre more increase their knowledge about society health status and for health energy can accompany them and guide cadres in carry out the task.
