- Occupational safety and health as one element of labor protection and is one of the most important factor in the development of human resources to support performance improvement in the company. Basically safety program designed to create an environment and work safety and health behavior itself as well as build and maintain the physical working environment is safe and comfortable to prevent accidents. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of occupational health and safety, employee performance, to determine whether the implementation of occupational health and safety significant effect on employee performance and to determine which of the implementation of occupational health and safety a strong influence on employee performance. Analysis tools used in this study is to use a scale range of analysis and multiple linear regression. The results can be concluded that the implementation of occupational health and safety at the company Son Gemilang Malang Cigarettes go in either category. Employee performance in the production of Malang Gemilang Son Cigarette Company in the category of high. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test can be seen that the implementation of occupational health and safety of employees have a significant effect on the Company's performance Cigarettes Putra Malaysia and safety Gemilang most influence on the performance of the production employees at the company Son Cigarette Gemilang Malang. Suggestions that may be filed in this research that is expected for the management of Malang Gemilang Son Cigarette Company to pay more attention to the amount or quantity of information contained in the company facilities, establish clear rules so that employees can work in accordance with the procedures and guarantees the safety of employees and concerned about the placement of work equipment in accordance with the provision that the company is able to support employee and does not endanger the safety of employees
