- The aims of this research are a) To know about the stressor that consist of stressor on the job and off the job in AUTO 2000Malang.b) To know about job stress in AUTO 2000 Malang. c) To know about the significant influence between stressor on job and stressor off the job to the job stress in job stress in AUTO 2000 Malang. d) To know which one stressor that more influential to the workerÂ’s job stress in AUTO 2000 Malang. The analysis instrument used in this research is using analyze about scale and regression of double linier. Based on the result of research and discussion that has been done, it can be conclude that stressor that consist of stressor on the job and stressor off the job in AUTO 2000 Malang include to the low category. The outcome of job stress in AUTO 2000 Malang is 58, 57.It is concluding to the low category. The result of analysis conclude that there is a significant effect between stressor on the job and off the job to the job stress in AUTO 2000 Malang. Based on the comparison coefficient of regression variable in stressor on the job has strong influence to the job stress in the workers especially in marketing of AUTO 2000 Malang. Based on the concluding of this research. It can give some suggestion that hopefully it can help the management of AUTO 2000 Malang to maintain the job stress level for the workers that usually happened. The management personal hopefully can share the duties to the workers proportionally and always do the evaluation for the final result that achieve by the workers.
