- The purpose of this study is to determine performance employee in the marketing and how the performance of their employees and to determine the significant effect 0f ability on performance of employees at PT. BANK Perkreditan Rakyat Batu Artorej. The Usefulness of reaserch for the company as a contribution to management in improving the working ability of employees I hope of improving the performance of employees. For further research are expected to be used as an additional reference. Methodes of data collection and research is qusioner interview. Variable measurement techniques using Likert scale with a sample of 68 employees of the marketing department. Analysis tools using scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the reults of research and discussion that has benn donecan be concluded that the ability of a significant influence on employee performance and capabilities of knowladge more influential than the ability of the skills and abilities attitude.
