Each company has risk towards work health. Leather manufacturer could produce air pollution and contact to chemical compound, so that it could raise some problems e.g. breathing system, integument system and also digestion system. The objective of this study is to identify health problem to breathing, integument and digestion systems of employees of leather processing manufacturer. Research design used is descriptive research. Population used is employees that have been work for Â± 10 years. The number of samples used is 22 respondents. Sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. This research conducted on Leather Processing Manufacturer PT. Usaha Loka Kulit Jl. Susanto No. 8 Malang. The result show that problems occurred on breathing system using statements always (0%), often (1.29%), sometimes (37,01%) and never (61,68%), on integument system by using statements always (0%), often (2.27%), sometimes (19,69%) and never (78.03%) and on digestion system by using statements always (0%), often (7,14%), sometimes (22,72%) and never (70,12%). By the existing of this health problem research it is expected that researcher could give an expected suggestion that useful for educational institution, employees, manufacturer, and the next researcher.
