- Several aspects which caused the culture of tea determinant were disease caused by microscopic patogen fungi test, but the patogen fungi existence was not considered as disturbance, since the nursemaid plant seemed normal. The disturbance of patogen fungi would get attention from human if the harvests were decreasing or the nursemaid plant’s leaf changed its color. In leaf, the patogen attack could be seen by the white stains with white, brown, or black color, covering the leaf surface. The research aimed to find the characters of tea (camelia sinensis O.K) leaf morfology which was attacked by fungi, also found the classification, could give direction in avoiding disease by patogen fungi or non-patogen, especially in tea plant. Research method used in sampling was descriptive method from area 1000 m x 100 m contained 60.000 trees. By random sampling to the 10 groups consisted of 20 lines and 2 lines group, then took 3 trees with 2 leaves each tree, there found 120 leaves and left for the example of 60 leaves (50%). While the observation used slide culture method. The research showed that in leaves which owed brown-black stains, there found patogen fungi from genus Clindrocladium, in leaves which contained yellow stains, there found patogen fungi from genus Mucor ,for white stains leaves there found patogen fungi from genus Gloesporium, while red stains showed patogen fungi from genus Rhizoctonia and white-yellow stains showed patogen fungi from genus Rhizopus.
