UGD is a part of hospital facilities which is giving the first aid for the illness and having injured patient that need to be survived. Observation result shown from the 4 nurses have negatives manner of Universal Precaution, for example washing hand correctly, protection tools usage, etc. This research have a purpose to know about the behavior of Nurse Universal Precaution implemented in UGD RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi. The Method we used is Descriptive Method, with sampling technique is Total Sampling, where the population that work in UGD are 8 persons as a sample. Data collection technique in this research is Observation. All the data proceed with adding and making percentage from the respondent answer of the statement that already made by the writer. The result from this research is 63% respondent do not apply the behavior of universal precaution usage and 37% applied. The expectation of this research that the nurse having universal precaution procedures as an habit in nursing acts. For the hospital management structure expected that they can build The department of control in UGD in order to watch how the universal precaution usage implemented by the hospital service. For the next writer can develop this research with add some variable to be researched with using better measurement tools about universal precaution usage to get more accuracy results.
