Spiritual necessity is a necessity to defend or return confidence and fulfil religion duty, with need to get sorry or forgiveness, love, braid taste full connection believes with god. (Achiryani, 1999). Spiritual need is relation with God, relation with self, and relation with people. This research aims is to detect about description of spiritual necessity reviewed from spiritual characteristic in patient at stay overnight room of class 3 and 4 of adult of RSI Aisyiyah malang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan menggunakan Total Sampling.This kind of research is descriptive with variable of spiritual necessity in patient reviewed from spiritual characteristic. Sample is using in the research all patient at stay overnight room of class 3 and 4 of adult of RSI Aisyiyah malang 19 people. Sample Tekcnique using total. Research result a part respondent from research result, as a whole need spiritual in patient is reviewed from characteristics spiritual a large part (68,421 %) respondents very either partly, little (21,053 %) good respondents, slimmest (5,263 %) respondents enough and slimmest also (5,263 %) respondents less. This matter is at because, when is ill, a patient want a lot of that good support from within self so much, another person, also from confidence have a religion it. Hoped, patient more to increase positive spirituality so will be to build positive self concept in the care.
