Health of tooth and mouth child of playing a part at growth and child health. Tooth disease and mouth would hardly having an in with process to development of child. Gristle children lacking of nutrient. Tooth health status and child mouth hardly influenced by condition of family since in mother womb and support area. Among others condition of economics social, emotional and cognate development and habit of healthy life. Intention of this research is to know descriptive of oral health and tooth at child of in evaluation from in perspective child level. In this research method applied is descriptive. Population of research of all student in SD Muhammadiyah I Malang is 210 students. Sample technique applied is random sampling, with sample 63 student. Data collecting at this research applies questionaire and observation. Result of research shows most of 51,1% responder doesn't have habit to eat food and beverage influencing oral health and tooth, 69,3 % responder has election habit of good toothbrush, 58,7% treatment frequency responder of tooth is unfavourable and 67,5 % responder doesn't have way is brushing teeth correct. Researcher recommends institution of education can give guidance to protege in taking care of oral health and tooth through program UKS.
