Health of children mouth and tooth not get out of the influence of physical environment especially water and human builder factor. Degree of total flour in optimal drinking water can prevent prevalence carries in children tooth. This research aims is to identify health of mouth and tooth is seen from child residence of physical environment. Design of research is descriptive, sample taking use random sampling with respondent total 63 children from 30% from 210 populations. Data taking with questioner and observation that done at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Malang. Result conclusion that is degree of physical environment flour in children's drinking water that has consumed by children from PDAM, well, and package not yet optimal or not either due still be 1 mg/l. While physical environment supplementary factor is 96,82% house water supplies is , 95,23% house far of river, 88,88% there are ventilation, 87,30% sunshine can enter house easily, 93,65% has kitchen and living room. While result of child density aspect and food election mean still under 70%, so the result is unfavorable. From this watchfulness is society supposed gets information about the important flour towards mouth well-being and child tooth, besides watch over child tooth quality obtainable from health food election.
