First aid in accident is efforts to handle a victim of accident as soon as possible in place of incident. Accident statistics at home show, a large part fall on children and parents. Usually have consequence of light injury and often assumed common. So that necessary guarded heavy accident possibility may be demands to rescuing action. This phenomenon is responsibility together. So, identification knowledge of first aid in accident of mother as a housewife is very need. This research aims is to identify about mother knowledge level about first aid in accident at home at RW 08 district Sisir Batu with total sample 55 respondents and using techniques of purposive sampling. This research kind is descriptive by using questioner as research instrument. After data has inspected as according to researcher hope, then data is put into table of frequency distribution and bring about percentage. Based on the research result is conclude that respondent who has good knowledge (85 %), well enough (13 %), and not good (2 %). So that got more than half from entire has good knowledge about first aid in accident at home. Supposed from this research can be made input and study repeats more intensify about knowledge towards first aid in accident at home.
