- This research represent type research of survey with the title "Influence Organization Climate To Employees Performance PPPPTK PKn and IPS Malang". The purpose of this study was to know the organization climate to PPPPTK PKn and IPS Malang, to know the employee performance, to know the organization a significant effect on employee performance and to know the dimention organization cilmate is most powerful influence on employee performance of the work at PPPPTK PKn and IPS Malang. Analysis of scale ranges for leadership variable, motivatin, communication, interaction, purpose and control which indicates that the organization climate to employees included in either category. Scale analysis results for the performance variable that indicates the performance of the employees included in the high category. The result of multiple linear regression with independent variables organization climate namely leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, purpose and control and dependent variable is performance obtained a regression equation and Ho refused.
