- Research objectives 1) To determine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior that consists of variable cultural, social, personal, and psychological on the purchase decisions of the company NSP1212 provider Telkomsel. 2) To determine the variables between cultural, social, personal, and psychological dominant influence on purchasing decisions of enterprise NSP1212 provider Telkomsel. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the variables of culture, social, personal, and psychological influence purchasing decisions at the company's 1212 NSP provider Telkomsel. Social variables are the dominant variables affecting the company's 1212 purchase of NSP provider Telkomsel. Suggestions that may be filed is expected the company to offer products RBT (Ring Back Tone) has been varied and can be used for all groups of respondents so as to create interest of consumers to use products RBT (Ring Back Tone) is offered. Firms in pricing products RBT (Ring Back Tone) is expected to compete with other products so as to reach the students who are very dependent on pocket money owned. In an effort to improve the company's sales are expected to affect the perception of consumers that the product RBT (Ring Back Tone) offered are not associated with rampant theft that occurred during this pulse.
