- The purposeof this study were 1)to describe the level of employee stress. 2)to describe the level of employee performance. 3)to test whether the stress of work consisting of fisiologis stress, psychological stress and behavior stress have a significant effect on employee performance. 4)to which of one work stress, is the must influence on employee performance in CV. Mekar Jaya Transportation. Analysis too lsused a range scale and multiple linear regression. Based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that the level of work stresson employees (fisilogistress, psychological stress and behavior stress) low level. Performance level of employees is in high level. Stress work consisting of fisilogis stress, psychological stress and behaviors stress significantly influence on employees performance. Variable psychological stress have is the most influenceon the performance of employees on the CV. Mekar Jaya Transportation.
