- Nursing Diploma III is only one Departement in UMM using package system and students demand must using uniform with along not be giving holiday for student for several time when examination. It can cause high stress for student especially examination. Actually, a research showed stress cause physical complaint included level content of blood glucose. This research to know relationship of stress with level content of blood glucose. This research used correlation method by analytic cross sectional approach. There are 181 population with 50 sample in research. Simple random sampling technique has been selected to interpretation a sample. Stress as independent variable and level content of blood glucose as dependent variable. Data taken be quistionnare and glucometer. Independent variable analysis using paired sample T test, dependent variable analysis using paired sample T test, analysis both of variable using pearson correlation. Based on paired sample T test analysis there is difference stress when examination and holiday moment with significant value (2-tailed) (0,038) <α. It mean there is different between stress in examination and stress in holiday. There difference level content of blood glucose when examination and holiday moment with significant value (2-tailed) (0,856) >α. It mean there is not different between content of blood glucose when in examination and in holiday The analysis result have examination and holiday moment with significant value (2-tailed) (0,048) <α so H1 can be accepted. Relation both of variable significant with coefficient correlation is 0.198. its value showed low correlation between stress and level content of blood glucose (> 0,5) and "positive" value showed if high level stress in students as well as high level content of blood glucose.
