- Changes of body weight is the base of anthropometry which the most important and often used to the baby ( Supariasa, 2001 ). Acute change of weight usually indicate the change of acute liquid. This research aims is to detected is there change of body weight in Kronic Kidney Disease of Patient if the weight compare to weight of pre hemodialysis and with the weight of post hemodialysis in hemodialysis room of RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Malang .This research is kind of descriptive with variable The Changes of body weight in Kronic Kidney Disease of Patient Pre and Post hemodialysis. Sampel is used in this research is all patient who doing hemodialysis in hemodialysis room RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen in Malang which amounts to 15 people. Technique sampling which used is total sampling. Research result ( 80,0% ) respondents have changed of body weight if compare to weight of pre hemodialysis and with weight of post hemodialysis, and (20,0%) respondent haven?t changed of weight. The factors which influence change of body weight in pre and post hemodialysis caused respondents have over volume liquid which caused renal can?t keep the balance of liquid and electrolyte until to appear general edema which caused retention of salt and water ( Moore, 2000). Hoped, the patient can control consume with restriction of food to bringing down liquid and electrolyte that have to losed of renal until over of body weight can be controlled.
