Whole of Indonesia zone has risk of spread of DHF disease. DHF disease is an infect disease that caused by virus of albovirus category that infected by mediator of mosquito of aedes aegypti and often cause something to appear of disease epidemic in society, because of that ward off DHF disease problem need cooperation with society. The general objective of this research is to know about the relation between knowledge toward society behavior in prevention DHF disease, whereas in particular objective is to identify about knowledge and society behavior in prevention DHF disease. Research design that used is cross sectional method. Sampling that used is sample of random sampling with sample total that used is as much as 90 respondents in work area of RW 10 Lowokwaru Malang. From data processing result by using Spearman Rank test. So we can conclude that there is a relation between knowledge toward society behavior in prevention DHF disease with significant value of 0,000, value of r count > r table (0,541 > 0,207) so Ho averse and Hi accepted. With this research hope for society more guard on DHF disease. For central service who has connected can give elucidation about disease and the way to prevention DHF disease.
