- At globalization era and free market, needs of work healthy service more increase with some condition that determine work healthy service and safety working for a country to can be join in the international economic relation. Use of self patron tool is one of the efforts that can be done for prevention of work consequence disease and work accident. Purpose of this research is describes employee erudition level munition division PT. PINDAD (Persero) Turen about how important to use patron tool use when work. This research is design to desciptive eksploratif with employee population in Munition Division PT. PINDAD (Persero) Turen. Sample in this research is employee of Munition Division PT. PINDAD (Persero) Turen that have total 273 person, and take with Simple Random Sampling technique. data collecting uses kuisioner then at qualitative analysis descriptive use presentage. Variable in the research Employee Erudition Level at Munition Division PT. PINDAD (Persero) Turen About How Important to Use Self Patron Tool (SPT) when work. This research is carried out on March 10th to April 10th, 2008. The result of analysis data shows that employee erudition level at munition division PT. PINDAD (Persero) Turen about how important to use self patron tool (SPT) when work at stage Know (C1) almost entirely (91 %) in good criteria, at stage comperehension (C2) almost half of it understand (42 %) in good criteria, in stage application (C3) almost entirely (80 %) in good criteria It hopefully that healthy worker can increase supervision about using Self Patron Tool (SPT) when work that can be one of efforts that can be done for work consequence disease prevention and work accident.
