- Nursing is health service spear end at hospital and be one of health service quality indicator. Still many sides that sigh about service in giving by hospital. Professional nurse profile activities description and appearance comprehensive nurse in doing activities. From department of health research of bacillus. And indonesia university shows more than 90% nurse does task non nursing and only 50 % that do upbringing nursing. As to aim from this research is to detects about practice execution of nursing at fatahillah room of region general hospital of Kanjuruhan Kepanjen. Design that used is descriptive eksploratif author wants to detect about practice execution of professional nursing at fatahillah room of rsud kanjuruhan kepanjen. As to variable in this research practice of professional nursing. The population numbers are 12 person. Sample taking technique that used is total sampling. The method of data collecting with questionaire about practice execution of professional nursing. Data that gatherred to classified to be quantitative data extant number and analyzed by added up method, compared with supposed total and got percentage. Furthermore interpretted with sentence has qualitative as follows (76-100%) in good category, (50-75%) in good enough category, (40-49%) in unfavourable category and (< 40%) in category not good. This research result shows that upbringing gift level of professional nursing based on standart I is the biggest percentage (58.35%) in good classification, standart II is the biggest percentage (66.7%) in good classification, standart III is the biggest percentage (75%) in good classification, standart IV is the biggest percentage (91,7%) in good classification and in standart V is the biggest percentage (75%) in good category. With practice execution of professional nurse will increase the quality from health service at hospital that will influence client satisfaction. For the nursing management in realize standard professional treatment the importance of tool existence, equipment, and environment who support.
