- Anxiety represent respon to a threat which its source unknown. Anxiety also can experience of by nurse in taking care of client with HIV AIDS. Anxiety of nurse give impact to nursing care. This research aim to to identify the percentage of anxiety level, pursuant to characteristic mount education, experience in taking care of, responder gender and age. This research use Descriptive method from Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale?s questionaire by four anxiety category from light, middle to severe of anxiety. Procedure Ieverage of data use editing, coding, tabulating, data analysis and scoring. The data that result of this research that responder pursuant to characteristic education of SPK counted 2 responder 1,6% having light anxiety, 1,6 having middle anxiety. From the Nursing Diploma counted 22 responder 34,9% having light anxiety and 39 responder 61,9% Having middle anxiety. As the experience characteristic take care of first responder take care of 2 responder 3,2% having middle anxiety, secondly 6 responder 9,6% having light anxiety and 8 responder 12,7% having middle anxiety, what take care of third 8 responder 12,7% having light anxiety, 12 responder 19,1% having middle anxiety , which to four taking care of 4 responder 6,4% having light anxiety 12 responder 19,1% having middle anxiety. fifth take care of 4 responder 6,4 % having light anxiety and 5 responder 7,9% having middle anxiety. Sixth take care of 1 responder 1,6% having light anxiety and 1 responder 1,6% having middle anxiety. Based on age, the young had the higher level of anxiety 24 responder 38,2% having light anxiety, 38 responder 52,3% having middle anxiety and the adult did not experience light anxiety,1 responder 1,6 % having middle anxiety. Based on gender, men 15 responder 23,8% having light anxiety, 14 responder 22,2% having middle anxiety, woman 10 responder 15,9% having light anxiety, 24 responder 38,1 % having middle anxiety From result of research can be concluded that higher level of education, experience take care of client, gender, and age having high impact to a level of anxiety. Recommendation for the next research expected to check about influence mount education, experience, age, and gender to anxiety.
