Guessed that ice therapy and ponas work with stimulation reseptor not pain (non-noniseptor) in reseptor same like in dispute. Ice therapy can decrease the prostaglandin, brace sensivitas reseptc r pain and subkutan other there is dispute with impede the inflammation process. Cohn et al. (1989) show that moment ice is put around knee after surgery and during 4 days pasca operation, need analgesik decreased around 50%. Aim in this research identifies the transfer action of pain in child. This research kind is descriptive. Population in this research is child who has experiences when does pain: u action invasiv at space emputantular rsud kanjuruhan malang regency. With sample 15 person taken according to aksidental sampling. Data taking is done on 6-12 October 2008 with based on percentage of this research result, disease of (60%) then found case gea (13%) and as much as 27% found case other like morbili, sepsis, ge, kkp, fc, hepatosplenomegali, asbrand, geds/ikterik and ofc sbp. Suggestion from peueliti for nurse mengharapka 1 to nurse to can develop and modify technique of pain transfer as intervention application of professional nursing to subsidize the recovery and client freshment.
