- Searching information in document using keyword as the input of searching process is still categorized as difficult thing for users because the users have to read some sentences which contain the keywod. Besides, the result of information sometimes does not match with the keyword. So that, in this final task or research, the researcher tries to make application that can give appropriate information for the users, it is question-answer agent using information retrival system. In this research, the question answer agent is the agent using knowledge base with particular domain as the response of question and answer process with the users. Otherwise, this application can answer the user’s question based on the knowedge, because the more knowledge got, the more question can be answered.
