- The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of financial compensation for direct and indirect employees, employee morale, the effect of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to employee morale and to know the compensation of the most influential variables on morale kayawan. Analysis tools used in this study by using analysis of scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that the implementation of financial compensation directly and indirectly in the Company's financial Audi Cigarette SS Kraksaan Problinggo show either. Employee morale at the Audi SS Cigarette Company Problinggo Kraksaan high. Based on test results simultaneously / together can be seen that direct financial compensation and financial compensation is not directly significant effect on employee morale at the Audi SS Cigarette Company Kraksaan Problinggo and most influential financial compensation directly to employee morale Audi SS Cigarette Company Kraksaan Probolinggo . Suggestions may be made in this research that the company expected to provide the wages of the employees in accordance with the conditions set wages and employment in accordance with a guaranteed workload and ease in decision-wage employment and provide a guarantee the welfare of the employees in matters relating to the implementation of this policy financial compensation directly and indirectly.
