- The study entitled "Relationship Analysis of Insider Ownership with Financial Performance of Metal Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)" This is research done to to determine the relationship between the Insider Ownership with the company's financial performance in the manufacturing sector, metal industry and the like are listed on the IDX period 2006-2009. This study using 8 samples of metals company listed on the Stock Exchange that has the stock owners in the study period starting in 2006 until 2009. The analysis technique used in this research is determine the correlation coefficients in auxiliary calculations with SPSS version 17. The data used in this study are the data obtained from Economy Faculty UMM Corner BEI. This study uses financial ratio analysis to know financial performance metal companies and the like which listed at IDX, where the ratios used are ROA, ROE and OPM. The results of this study lead to the conclusion that the results of correlation test between the Insider ownership and financial performance (ROA, ROE and OPM) showed a very weak correlation seen from the value of the variable ROA (-0.0126), ROE (0.0488 ) and OPM (0.1984).
