- The development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have an impact on various sectors of life. Internet is one of the ICT products that growing rapidly. Through the Internet people can access to the global world to obtain information in various sector. Now, Internet is an essential requirement for people. Almost all people can feel the benefits of the Internet, especially for students. Students can access information on lessons or college information. Data about college in Malang Raya is uncomplete and unaccurate. This is because there is no website that collect all data about university in Malang. Therefore, required an application of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) that collect data about university in Malang Raya. Hopefully with this application, user can take advantage and get information about university in Malang Raya. This application can display the location of university through the map. In addition, user can search based on a departement of university. This application also can display a transportation route that is used to achieve the university.
