- Hotel reservation system which many of us have encountered recently, most still use manual reservation system, which is done manually via telephone. Actually many of the constraints faced by the hotel if the reservation is still done manually. One solution to address these constraints is to use web-based applications. is a database application that integrates with web-based display to provide information and online reservations so customers who want to know room availability and make reservations can do so easily and quickly. Hotels that exist in today's increasingly growing and competitive, the customer will be more simplified in booking a room with a web-based applications. This study introduces the reservation system by using internet technology to a hotel located in the Blitar. Application, with online reservation system, very easy to use, easy solution especially designed for customers as well as hotel managers, because it can be operated using a mobile device or computer, provided that is connected to the internet.
