- The problem that happens when student of operator air traffic control in doing practical work is the limitation time of practical work, the student of operator air traffic control only can practice while practical workÂ’s time taking place so it causes the learning process is not maximal. The making simulation of air traffic control can help in solving this problem that helps the learning process of aviator student especially in ATC. Simulation air traffic control field that is developed by using JAVA. This application is only as the learning for wants to know the work system from an operator Air Traffic Control. By this simulation software of Air Traffic Control is happed that can help the learning for aviator students that concentrate in operator air traffic control field and also can be used for public society that wants to know the work system of operator Air Traffic Control.
