- At the present day, there are are a lot of company make manual system in the chosening employees for the assignation of in company. In the selection employees need the sufficient process to be able to long can be good skill employess, that situasition is not affective can be a problem system solution. This system will qualify the employees based on the criterias that the company want, and then that criterias will be processed with the employees datas which have been saved in the database using fuzzy method. Fuzzy method which will be used is fuzzy database model tahani method. With this final project expecting can be assist to more easy selection of employees and to moving forward of the company.
