Rule-based expert system represent knowledge as a set of production rules which have general form ?if A then B?. Rule based expert system has disadvantage of requiring a truly suitable match between premises and the conclusion. Fuzzy logic can be used to overcome this disadvantage.&#xD; Asthma is a serious public health problem in many countries around the world. Asthma management is emphasized on long term treatment and care of acute asthma attack or worsening symptoms by providing appropriate treatment. In this research will be discussed the determination of levels of severe acute asthma attack, and the implementation of fuzzy method to determine these levels.
