- This watchfulness aim is that is first, to detect organization climate in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Trijaya Mandiri Pare Kediri. Third, to detect organization climate that cover leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, decision making, aim stipulating and has influence significant towards Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Trijaya Mandiri Pare Kediri. Fourth, to detect dominant influential organization climate variable towards employee work satisfaction in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Trijaya Mandiri Pare Kediri.
