- This research is a survey titled " The Influence of Training on Job Performance of Employees in Hotels Inn UMM Malang ". The purpose of this study was to determine the training, ability, and work performance. Effect of training on employees ability and influence the ability of employees performance Inn Hotel, UMM Malang, whereas the hypothesis in this study are: (1) alleged that there was a significant effect of training on employees ability Inn Hotel, UMM Malang, (2) suspected that there is influence a significant correlation between the ability of employees performance Inn Hotel, UMM Malang. The analytical tool used is a simple linear regression with SPSS program so that it can be seen the influence of independent variables with the dependent variable, to test the hypothesis used the F test, F test used to test the effect of simultaneously. Based on the results of the above research conclusions note that the training variables (X) have a significant effect on the ability (Y) of employees indicated by the value of F count = 12,316> F table value 4,070 and variables significantly influence the ability (Y) of employees work performance variables (Z) in Hotels Inn UMM Malang, indicated by the value F count = 19,010 > F table of appreciating the value of 4,070. From the conclusion of the study is expected to employee training can provide great benefits to the employees job that will produce good results for the company so that employees performance at UMM Inn Hotel Malang can be optimized and produce high-quality employees.
