  • This research is a survey on the employees part of PT material warehouse. PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang. The title of this research is "The Effect of Career Development Employee Morale Against PT. PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang (Study Material Parts Warehouse PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang). " The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of career development (individual career planning and career management) on employee morale PT. PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang. The analytical tool used is the Scale analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that individual career planning (X1) and career management (X2) significantly affects morale (Y) employees. The fact indicates that the implementation of individual career planning (X1) and career management (x2) well as employees can work with high spirits in the company. The influence of career development (X) consisting of individual career planning (X1) and career management (X2) on morale (Y) are indicated by t test and Ftest From the results of multiple linear regression analysis was obtained tcount individual career planning variables (X1) of 3.365 and tcount career management variables (X2) 3.394. Results obtained by linear regression analysis Fcount for individual career planning variables (X1) and career management (X2) equal to 20.312. This means that two ways of testing partially or simultaneously there are influence between individual career planning (X1) and career management (X2) on morale (Y) are significant.
