- This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang with the title "The Influence of Employee Benefit Program On The Job Satisfaction of Employees in the PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang". The purpose of this study was to determine the employee welfare programs provided by PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang to its employees, to determine employee job satisfaction on PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang, to know the effect of employee welfare programs implemented on the basis of employee benefit programs that are economical, employee benefit programs that are facilities, and payment for time not worked significantly to employee satisfaction. And kempat to know the welfare program among the employees who performed on the basis of employee welfare programs that are economical, employee benefit programs that are facilities, and payment for time not worked is most powerful influence on employee job satisfaction on PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang. The analysis tools are a range of scales and multiple linear regression, whereas the hypothesis test mnggunakan T test and F test Results of analysis of the scale range can be seen that employee benefit programs that are economical (X ) Amounted to 116.8, a program that is employee welfare facilities (X2) equal to 125.1, and payment for time not worked (X3) of 123.3. This is indicated by the high employee job satisfaction (Y1) at 127. Results from multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.899 -0.594 + 1.162 X1 0.331 X2 + X3 + e with R square value of 0.414, or 41.4%. For the F test results obtained value F amounted to 9.935> F value 2.042 so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted meaning variable employee benefits program that is economical, employee benefit programs that are facilities, and payment for time not worked significantly influence employee job satisfaction.
